terms & conditions.

these terms apply to every order placed on this site. they are here so we both know where we stand; the important bits are age, paying and cancelling.

last updated 28/09/26.

who you are buying from. [legal entity name], company no. [number], [registered address], [contact email]. We hold a premises licence for the sale of alcohol, [licence number, issuing authority].

age. You must be 18 or over to order. Someone aged 18 or over must take the drop. Our drivers run Challenge 25 at the door: if nobody can show ID, the driver keeps the drinks and the order counts as delivered [or: a re-delivery fee of £X applies].

ordering. Choose your drinks in bottles of six drinks for a party, or by the case for trade, add any bolt-ons, and tell us where and when. Party prices include VAT; trade prices are shown without VAT and VAT is added on the invoice. Your order is accepted when we email you a confirmation with an order number. We can decline an order before then, for example outside our drop area, inside our lead time, or if we cannot source an ingredient, and anything you have paid is refunded in full.

paying. Party orders: a [50]% deposit by card when you confirm, and the balance [7] days before the drop [charged to the same card / by a payment link we email you]. Trade orders: a deposit by card, or by invoice on [14]-day terms with a VAT invoice. The price shown when you confirm is the price you pay.

changing or cancelling. Our cocktails are batched fresh for your date, so the 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 does not apply to them (goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly). Instead:

  • [7] days or more before the drop: cancel for a full refund of anything paid
  • inside [7] days: the deposit is kept and the balance is not charged
  • inside [48] hours: the full amount is due, because the drinks are already made
  • changes to numbers or drinks are welcome up to [3] days before; email [contact email]

delivery. We drop within [our drop area]. Give us a window and we will land in it; if we are running late we will tell you. Someone over 18 must be there to take the drop. If nobody is, we will try to reach you on the number you gave us; a failed drop can be re-delivered for [£X] or treated as delivered. Notes about gates, floors and parking help the driver.

what you get. Party drops come with cups, ice, garnish and serving instructions, as listed when you order. Trade drops are by the case, without cups or ice. Keep the bottles chilled and serve within [X days] of the drop. Ingredients are listed on each drink's page; if you have an allergy, ask us before you order. Our drinks contain alcohol at the strength shown.

if something is wrong. Tell us within 24 hours of the drop, with a photo if you can, and we will replace or refund anything faulty. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.

trade customers. By choosing a trade order you confirm you are buying for a business. The consumer cancellation terms above do not apply; cancellation is by agreement. Invoices are due in [14] days and we may charge interest on late payment under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

our responsibility. We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for the running of your event, your guests' conduct, or losses that were not foreseeable. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for faulty goods.

general. These terms are governed by English law and any dispute goes to the courts of England and Wales. We may update these terms; the version shown when you order is the one that applies. How we handle your data is in our privacy policy.
